NY times article that does a good job of explaining where Sean is going and how the military is changing. Also note, he will get beer there. He's not a huge beer fan but I suspect he will come around. Just click on the words "NY times article" at the beginning to read it. After many years of blogging this is the first time I have managed to include a link. It's the small victories.

Hopefully in the next few weeks Sean can get some good intel on the kinds of snack foods available there...you hate to pay shipping when they already have his favorites.
