Batman

First of all, Emily is finally learning some new words and it is a reflection of what happens in this house. She confidently says "Batman" now, so proud of herself. Patrick lives in his Batman pajamas, best $20 ever spent at Target as far as he is concerned. He wears them to play outside unfortunately and is getting holes in them though. Anyway, to illustrate how serious he is about his Batman identity he came down in his mask one morning when Nana and Pops were here. Just glided through the kitchen, ignoring everyone, and sat on the couch. He's not much for talking in the morning. The next morning he came stomping in without the mask. I think he was mad that he couldn't find it. I have to be very careful with Batman in the morning, must judge his mood and treat him accordingly or the rest of the day is a challenge. Well, MORE of a challenge. Oh and every morning he asks if it is Christmas yet. Ah, going to be a long 33 days.
